The engineer behind AI Digital Productions

You Deserve More Than Advice. You Deserve Someone Who Can Build the Answer.

I’m Mark Wellington. For more than 20 years, I’ve been the engineer organizations trusted when the system had to work. Today, I bring that same discipline directly to businesses ready to turn AI, automation, and software into a real advantage.

From mission-critical infrastructure to founder-led delivery

I left the corner office because I wanted to build again.

International investment banks trusted me with trading infrastructure. Billion-dollar healthcare organizations put me in charge of platforms their businesses ran on. I earned Microsoft and Cisco certifications, led architecture teams, and sat in the executive meetings where the biggest technical decisions were made.

But the higher I climbed, the farther I got from the work I loved: taking a difficult problem, seeing the system inside it, and building something that changes what is possible.

So I walked away from the corporate track and returned to the builder’s seat. I launched Screenwriting.AI, now used by more than 1,500 people. I built AI Script Coverage Pro and The Dossier. I took Challenger Pro from a blank canvas to a multi-tenant SaaS platform in four months.

AI Digital Productions is the result: senior-level strategy and engineering without layers of handoffs between the promise and the work.

What that means for you

The person who understands the problem is the person engineering the solution.

01 / CLARITY

Straight answers

You get a candid view of the opportunity, the tradeoffs, and the simplest path worth pursuing—without a sales team expanding the scope.

02 / DEPTH

Enterprise rigor

Two decades of mission-critical engineering shape the decisions beneath the surface: architecture, security, ownership, reliability, and what happens after launch.

03 / MOMENTUM

Builder velocity

There is no gap between strategist and engineer. The context stays intact, decisions move faster, and the work keeps advancing toward something usable.

Bring me the hard problem
